If they can do it so CAN I

You do not have to be the first person to achieve success in your own right! Simply by seeing someone else achieve the so called impossible can give you the momentum to triumph in your FOCUSED area!

The best example could be the "The four Minute Mile" it was said that to run 1 mile in under 4 minuets was IMPOSSIBLE.. Yes that's right.. the experts said for years that the human body was not capable of a 4 minute mile. They said It was dangerous and it was impossible.

When the impossible proved possible in 1954 by #RogerBannister, at age 25, in 3:59.4 something magical happened... the human consciousness was upgraded!

Our limited belief became limitless so now the "four-minute barrier" has since been broken by over 1,400 male athletes.

You can use this example for your products and/or service, if you are a #businessowner #entrepreneur to get out of limited beliefs to achieve the impossible

The mind and mindset is key to live your dreams... What are your thoughts?

The Difference Between A Coach & Mentor

I recently put out a post to why having a coach and/or mentor is important to succeed in business, life, a skill, passion etc etc...

The main response I received was.....
"okay,  so what is the difference between a coach and a mentor?"
"Mentor & Coach is the same thing"

Keeping it as short as I could, below is my explanation to the difference between a coach and mentor..

Relationship:
Coach, will be hands on working closely with you, weekly/frequent catch-ups, tell managing you what to do and how to do it.
Mentor, helicopter view and hands off with less frequent communications, they will help you come to the conclusion by guiding you with deductive logic, but will not tell you what to do, will be more like why do you believe that was a good decision, help me understand, would you suggest, what if you tried x or y, what would be the outcome?

Time:
Coach may only be needed for weeks to months before you more on
Mentor multiple months to years

Settings:
Coach, more formal meet-up, structure
Mentor, Informal meet-up, structure

Agenda:
Coach will set the agenda and structure
Mentor, agenda set by you

Focus/approach:
Coach, straight and focused only on the goal/agenda
Mentor,  holistic approach, bigger picture, mindset, thoughts, feelings etc

I hope the above made sense and you enjoyed my post, if you want to be coached on how to make money online fast why not jump onto my Webinar.

The Only 3 Ways to Grow Your Business by 30% (and Beyond)

I'm a simple guy.

I like lifting heavy weights, Japanese anime, and strategic business growth.

And as much as I like to talk about weightlifting, today, I want to talk about how to grow your business.

I'm always looking for different ways to get the biggest result with the least amount of work.

It's not just me; just look at this quote from Bill Gates:

"I will always choose a lazy person to do a difficult job because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it." - Bill Gates

Look, business is pretty simple stuff. However, I didn't say it was easy. It still requires a lot of very hard work. So, why not give yourself every possible advantage over your competition?

I'm going to share some numbers and strategies with you that's going to make it crystal clear how to grow your business 10%, 20%, and even 30%.

We'll start with the concept of "deconstruction."

So, what does deconstruction actually mean?

Let's see what the good ol' Cambridge Dictionary tells us:

DECONSTRUCTION: "The act of breaking something down into its separate parts to understand its meaning, especially when this is different from how it was previously understood."

So how are you supposed to use this concept to grow your business?

It's simple:

Try to see if you can guess the answer to the following question before you go on:

In how many ways can you grow your business?

Five different ways?

15?

50 ways?

Here's the kicker: All those guesses are wrong.

In fact, there are ONLY 3 ways to grow any business in any niche - which is the essence of deconstruction. You break down "how to grow a business" into the smallest, individual pieces to create the biggest possible change.

Here's a simple formula - developed and pioneered by the great and esteemed, Jay Abraham - to show you how to use deconstruction to grow your business by over 30%:

# OF CLIENTS x AVERAGE ORDER VALUE (AOV) x # OF ORDERS/YEAR

I not a big fan of math, but this is VERY interesting!

To illustrate this, let's use a simple example to make things crystal clear:

Let's imagine you have 1,000 clients who buy from you two times per year, with an Average Order Value (AOV) of $100:

1,000 clients X $100 AOV X 2 orders /year = $200,000

In this case, you've got a nice and simple $200,000 /year business.

But what if you wanted to grow that business by 10%?

How could you do this easily and effectively within the next 12 months?

Some examples:

You could increase your AOV by 10% - which is only $10 more per individual sale
You could increase the number of clients by 10%, which would give you 100 extra clients per year
Finally, you could increase the purchase frequency (or improve your retention) by 10% - meaning that all your clients only needed to buy 0,2 more times PER yearAll great options and not that complicated.

For this example, let's say you focused all your attention on growing your client base by 10%, and you keep *everything* else the same.

In this case, here's the math:

1,100 X $100 X 2 = $220,000 (10% growth)

Let take it a step further.

What if you wanted to grow your business by 30%?

Again, remember the formula:

# OF CLIENTS X AVERAGE ORDER VALUE (AOV) X # OF ORDERS/YEAR

So, what can you do if you wanted to grow your business by 30%?

Here are some very actionable and strategic examples you can use in your own business:

Increase AOV by 10% by creating strategic upsells in your funnel - again, in this case, we're talking about $10 more per sale on average
Grow your client base by 10% by implementing a strategic, and ongoing referral system
Increase the purchase frequency by 10% by communicating with your clients more frequently for example through email (which is, in my humble but very accurate opinion, the best way to do this)Let's look at the math:

1,100 X $110 X 2,2 = $266,200

Wow! This is incredible.

Just by doing these small changes, you've now grown your business by MORE than 30%!

You've now grown your business by 33,1%.

This is the power of exponential growth!

And if you feel those numbers are too small and unambitious, just add a zero.

The beauty of this concept is that nothing in the formula changes even if the size of the business changes.

Here's the bottom line:

Instead of stressing about which new social media channel to use, or which new gadget you should invest in, focus on these three areas of your business.

Think about it... if all you did, for the next 12 months, was to focus strategically on how you could increase your AOV by offering your clients more value, do you think you could grow your business by just 10%?

Or, if all you did was to focus on how you could increase how often your clients bought from you... could you increase your purchase frequency by just 10%?

Or, if all you did was to focus on getting just 10% more clients this year... could you do that?

Your biggest growth is ahead of you.

And now you have a very simple, strategic method to take your business to the next level.

Learn HOW to Handle REJECTION!

4 Tips to Landing Page Success

Landing pages, also known as "name squeeze pages" or "lead capture pages", are the first step in you marketing 'funnel'. Your squeeze page will consist of a good headline, a sub-headline, a number of hard hitting bullet points - and most important, the reason for the page - a form for collecting email addresses.
This email collection form is normally created with your autoresponder account that you will have with say Aweber or GetResponse (there are many others, these are very popular). I have a number of times heard that the more basic, uglier email collection pages have been known to induce more visitors to enter their email address than a stylish fancy landing pages. So try both!
Your autoresponder, like Aweber or GetResponse, is where the actual list of email addresses will reside allowing you to send regular mails out with your newsletter and more product offers. These offers can be either your own products or affiliate products developed by others. Affiliate product offers pay you a commission which can be as much as 50%, all the way to 100% of the price of the product (because the product developer knows that they can market more offers to the people who buy their product from your efforts).
You build your mailing list by funneling the visitors of your own website, or through solo ad buys, or advertising on Facebook, etc., through this lead capture page. Once you have your landing page in place your primary focus will be to start funneling as much traffic, from as many traffic sources as possible onto your landing page. You set this up just once and then work on driving the traffic.
Use these tips to create your own successful landing page and convert your visitors into subscribers! For even more emarketing strategies check out Emarketers Club at https://JosephsMarketing.com/emarketer
Success Tip 1: Offer a free item in exchange for your visitor's email address. This can be a free report, a list of something (the top 10 or top 3, whatever, you get the idea). It could also be a free computer program or WordPress plugin that will help them with something. Some survey's show that people will respond to a free computer proghttps://ezinearticles.com/?4-Tips-to-Landing-Page-Success&id=10246583ram or plugin more than a free report. The difference is not huge but there is a leaning towards the free program.
Success Tip 2: Your landing page needs to be written in a clear professional manner. When you create your landing page write the copy as if you are writing a sales letter. Because it is a sales letter, albeit a very short one. A headline to get attention and make them stop and pay attention, followed by a sentence or two and a few bullet points all pointing out benefits of having what you are giving them. You're NOT making a hard sale or trying to get them to buy your product on your squeeze page. You're simply encouraging your visitors to give their email details. Nothing more.
Success Tip 3: Remember, you have one purpose for your lead capture page - getting their emails. So other than your opt-in form, there should be no other links on your landing page.
Success Tip 4: Within the copy on your landing page, the headline followed by sub-headline and bullet points you will focus on the benefits of the free item they will be receiving. If you can, also point out where they are experiencing some pain if they don't get your free item. Primary focus is encouraging them to download your free offer. And reaffirm that he or she have nothing to pay for the free item.
You will want to get very familiar with landing pages because they are your first tool to having your own list of prospects to sell to.

Failure Is A Road to Success

There is an apprehension that takes place within many of us about starting a new venture. The fear is of failing. The trick to overcoming this phobia is to just do whatever it is that you are contemplating. John Maxwell states "Procrastination is too high a price to pay for fear of failure. To conquer fear, you have to feel the fear and take action anyway. Forget motivation. Just do it. Act your way into feeling, not wait for positive emotions to carry you forward."
Consider the Wright brothers who failed many times before executing their first successful flight in December 1903. The privilege of man being able to fly is not just a result of the preliminary failures of those two brothers but also those that have failed at flight before them. Using the lessons that were learned from the mistakes of their predecessors coupled with the lessons that they learned from when they missed the mark all contributed to the development of the Wright flyer. Because they consented to fail forward they were the first to successfully fly and are known as the fathers of aviation.
The Wright brothers are not the only ones that failed many times before success. Steve Jobs failed forward repeatedly. His hardware project NeXT was a complete failure that he turned into a software success. Also, his Newton Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), that was a failure, is believed to be what we now know as the iPhone.
The same concept of continuing in spite of setbacks is found in online marketing and network marketing gurus. The very successful Ray Higdon of Pro Blog Academy failed at eleven opportunities before becoming the number one sales person in his current company. He contributes his success to being able to harvest leads from his blog. He admits, however, that the first blogs that he wrote were absolutely horrible. Now blogging has helped him to be the top earner in his company. What is his secret? One of his secrets is he did not allow any fears to keep him from starting his first blog. Another one of his secrets is he did not quit when things were not successful. He continued on to improve upon his blogging and now he is known as a blogging guru.
We can learn from the examples of the giants of industry and internet gurus that continuously failed forward until they succeeded. The examples that they set are 1. They never quit and 2. They improved upon previous mistakes. Remember that failing does not make you a failure because failing is just an occurrence, it is not who you are. I will give one more quote from John Maxwell: "When achievers fail, they see it as a momentary event, not a lifelong epidemic."

Tony Robbins And Russell Brunson Talk About How To Start An Online Business

Succeeding As A Newbie In Internet Marketing

As a newbie you need to learn the fundamentals of internet marketing. Everyone is a newbie in the internet marketing scenario because technology changes so rapidly. Internet marketers, who have been making thousands of dollars every day, can go broke overnight. The methods and the platforms these internet marketers use can go obsolete anytime and get completely replaced with new technology. Those that have relied on particular platforms in support of their business (i.e. Google Ad Words, Facebook ads, etc.) can find themselves completely shut out of their platform overnight, all because the company changed their policies. But the only thing that always remains constant is the fundamentals of internet marketing. Once you know how things work and how to make your knowledge work for you, then you can make a lot of money online.
As I have said before, Internet marketing is not a "get rich quick" scheme - Internet marketing is not a place where you should think you will be rich overnight. Despite the claims you see online, 99.99% of the people signing up for Internet marketing will never be rich. I know that may be a "downer" for some of you reading this. But I want to be completely honest with you.
Yes, some people will be come wealthy. Yes, there is the possibility you will also, if you stick with the business and continually improve in your skills. If you are going to sign up for a "make money overnight" type of gimmick, you will find out that it is not going to happen as claimed and in most cases, you will lose your investment.
It's just like offline marketing. Instead of a warehouse you have a website; instead of advertising on billboards you advertise using online banners; Instead of meeting customers face to face, you will probably never see or interact with your customers except online. You will be selling your business products online. Your end product may be a digital e-book, but the fundamentals of marketing and sales remain the same, whether it's selling online or offline. The number one issue in online or offline business success is "find a need - and fill it!" If you do that, you will probably succeed.
Have you ever enrolled in one of the offline Multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses?
For most people, probably "Not." Why not? It's because you know that these Multi-level marketing (MLM) plans can sometimes be illegal. The sharks behind these schemes take advantage of people who want to get rich quick. These guys always get away with the money while the poor souls who have invested their time and money into these schemes will suffer due to their ignorance. In the online world, there are these "so-called" sharks whose only motive is to scam ignorant people out of their money as well.
Educate yourself - You need to start educating yourself how the online world works. Learn how Google works. Learn how the webmasters are making their money. You can always search and learn for free online. There are tons of videos and articles online that can teach you how to create a website and maintain it. You can read articles that teach you about online marketing and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). The more you learn then the smarter you will become in evading online fraudsters who promote e-books and e-courses that claim to help you make millions online.
Find the "Real" Gurus - If you continue to study, you will find many people who write quality materials. There are many real internet marketing "gurus" online. I really despise that word "gurus," so I'm just going to call them "coaches." Because the ones you should really be following do just that - couch. They coach you and help you rather than just focus on selling to you and expecting you to do all the work.
When you find someone who matches this criteria, bookmark their websites, go through their content and spend time learning about the business models that these coaches talk about. These coaches have spent a lot of time testing and implementing various business models online. The articles and the videos they produce are pure gold. You can learn a lot from their mistakes. Most are willing to share their mistakes with you in an attempt to help you avoid making the same mistakes.
However most of these coaches also sell e-books and guides for varying prices. I recommend avoiding the purchase of these guides because often the information contained may be outdated or too hard to implement (I know I'm upsetting some of them right now just by saying this)! I am not generalizing every internet marketing coach, but you need to make money first and then invest the money on e-books and related services. That is probably the number one thing I repeat to my clients over and over - "only purchase other products once you have made some money from using what you have." Otherwise you just end up in the "Shiny Object Syndrome" again (which I have covered before).
Test, Fail and finally succeed - Every internet marketer who has made money online was never scared to implement their ideas. Avoid procrastination and start producing content and market a product. You will fail several times. But in the end, if you do not give up and you continue trying, you will succeed. The mistakes you make along the way will help you save thousands of dollars in the future. Once you get a handle on things, you will no longer feel scared to implement your ideas. You will also learn more about what business models work and what does not work in your particular online niche.
Learning how to make your knowledge work for you is the key to success in internet marketing. You need to use your knowledge to create and distribute ideas that can help others. Internet marketers who are good at promoting various products online are creative and use their creativity to market the products they are selling.
As a newbie, believe in yourself, "Whatever Your Mind Can Conceive And Believe, It Can Achieve - Napoleon Hill"
Are you interested in beginning a career in internet marketing? I have a "beginners course" on my website that goes into this area with you.
