I feel too many people/businesses focus on the front end sale and forget about the browsers who are close and almost ready to buy! Let me give you an example, you get 300 visits to your shop in one day 50 give you clear buying signs that they want your product/service now! Another 150 browse and 100 are just time wasters. Where most go wrong is the focus on the 50 quick today sales.
What have we done with the 150 that browsed showing a sign of interest but the timing was not right? Probably nothing, what happens next is we start to struggle to find new customers because we may have wasted this vital opportunity letting the customers walk away for good and not control the situation bu getting them on your LIST
This why building a list is so important not only will you capture the people who bought, you will also capture the 150 people who could have been a potential buyers!
NOW I HAVE MY LIST
1. People who bought - offer them a repeat product/service or new product/service
2. People who browsed - let them know that everyone else has seen great results from X or enjoying the benefits of using Y
If you follow this practice you will build your list to 10,000s so you don't have to chase new customers, when you want more income you simple just send an email to your list and watch the sales come to you?
